The City of Burlington, VT will receive a BEDI grant of $1.04 million and a Section 108 Loan for $2.08 million for the Moran Center, which will redevelop a former waterfront coal plant into spaces for one commercial and two non-profit tenants, in addition two community facilities. The total project cost is $20 million.

Palm Beach County, FL will receive a BEDI grant of $1.05 million and a Section 108 Loan for $2.8 million for the Pahokee Downtown Revitalization Project, which will redevelop 12 blocks of commercial area, which will include a Farmers Market, new office and retail space, and a car wash. The total project cost is $7.05 million.

The City of Cleveland, OH will receive a BEDI grant of $2 million and a Section 108 Loan for $8 million for the Green City Growers Cooperative, which will develop vacant, blighted properties into a greenhouse business. The total project cost is $14,517,781. The City of Bremerton, WA will receive a BEDI grant of $1.75 million and will apply for a Section 108 Loan for $2.8 million for the Bremerton Boardwalk and Evergreen Park Expansion project. The project will remediate and redevelop a portion of an abandoned, contaminated property within Bremerton's urban center into a waterfront park and a 3,200 foot long boardwalk over the water. The total project cost for the relevant boardwalk portion is $13,945,256 and is expected to enhance the area's business and attract further economic development. The City of Las Cruces, NM will receive a BEDI grant of $2 million and a Section 108 Loan for $2 million to create the Museum of Nature and Science (MoNaS). The City will acquire and renovate the vacant Bank of Rio Grande building and install exhibits for the museum’s permanent collections and Nature Center. Various contaminants including asbestos and lead based paint will be remediated as part of the project. The total project cost is approximately $5.08 million.

Wayne County, MI will receive a BEDI grant of $2 million and a Section 108 Loan for $2.1 million for the Techtown Innovation and Business Accelerator, which will complete TechOne, Techtown’s economic development headquarters providing space for economic development projects. The total project cost is $4.1 million.

The City of Philadelphia, PA will receive a BEDI grant of $2 million and will apply for a Section 108 Loan for $5 million for the Gray's Ferry Gateway project. The project will be managed by the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), and will partner with Ferry Development LP. The project will redevelop an underused property which will house medical and job training services, among other community services for an underserved neighborhood population. The total project cost is $18,295,949, and projects to create 351 permanent jobs.
