During the training, Jamie and Carmen trained the Puerto Rico staff
on how to access reports and data in the PHAS system, how to analyze
a Public Housing Authority's various reports/scores in terms of
correlation between component scores and reports (PASS, FASS, MASS,
and RASS). They also led staff through case studies and addressed
improvement and follow-on plans.
